It’s also good to know where the plant came from and how the oil was distilled from the plant. The fact that this information is even on a label is a clue that you’re dealing with real aromatherapy grade essential oils. They can be a little expensive, but you don’t need much, so a small bottle will last for quite a while!

Check for contraindication

Most essential oils listed in this post are going to be safe for pretty much everyone. However, I can’t research how essential oils might affect the conditions of all my potential readers.
